Ordering an instrument.
To build an instrument, we require a one hundred and fifty dollar non-refundable deposit. A deposit secures a place on the waiting list and an estimated delivery date. One half of the balance is due when I begin building the guitar and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
Payment & Shipping
The cost of a guitar starts at $5,000 (pricing is subject to change). Shipping is not included in the price.
Your instrument will be shipped upon receipt of payment. You will be allowed 7 days in which to play the instrument on a trial basis. If, within that trial period you are not satisfied with the instrument, you may return it in its original condition for modification, an exchange or a refund. This trial period may not apply to customized guitars. Please do not ship an instrument back to me without contacting me first.
